PGA Membership Pathway Program Application Form 

 

When submitting your application you will be required to: 

  • Complete details in the application form as required 
  • Upload required documents
  • Pay the application fee
 
  • 1 x Resume. Must include information on education, employment and golf achievements. Resumes should be a maximum of four (4) pages
  • 1 x Copy of Academic Records/Certificate (Highest Level Achieved Only – No school reports)
  • 1 x Current Golf Australia handicap record from the previous twelve (12) months
  • At least 1 Letter of Recommendation from PGA of Australia Full Vocational Member
  • Letter from intended employer (only if secured)
  • Confirmation of Visa for 2025 (only applicable for applicants who are not citizens or permanent residents of Australia)
 
Application timeline:

July 31 Applications close
August - September  Interviews commence (You will be contacted by the State Division to arrange an interview time)
August - October  Playing test rounds commence (You will be contacted by the State Division with these dates
November  Applicants advised if accepted into program
December  Welcome Evenings held in each Division for successful applicants
